TERMS OF SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
Transcendent Publishing is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased publishing, design, coaching, and/or launch services from Transcendent Publishing and decide against using our services, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 365 days of the date the agreement was signed by both parties and your request is received prior to the start of production. If you are not eligible for a refund, Transcendent Publishing is committed to working with you to assist you in the publication and launch of your work.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund on any of our publishing, coaching, or launch services, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@transcendentpublishing.com.
Request of refund must be made within 365 days of the original date of the signed Service Agreement.
Refunds are not eligible once the manuscript or any portion thereof is submitted and the production process begins. Production is defined by any of the following:
Manuscript submission and review for feedback by the Service Provider
Author coaching by the Service Provider
Any and all levels of the editorial process by our Editorial Team
Cover design by our Design Team
Interior formatting and design by our Design Team
Scheduling of launch activities as agreed upon between the Author and Service Provider
